Ingrid and I went down to the beach to hang with Mom & Dad and to see the storm. We missed the storm but got sunny warm weather for Sunday instead.

I took an EKG stress test to get a baseline of my hearth health using the Bruce Protocol. I made it to 13 1/2 minutes, which doesn't seem like long but it was much harder than I would've thought. Terry Porter from the Blazers back in the day made it to 28 minutes.

The Joker came into our home and broke Batman's mug, so I tried to fix it up in his colors of blue and black sugru. Lo and behold, the Joker changed my blue into green, but that's OK - Batman likes the hippy movement too. I also found my broken crown and thought it belonged as well.
