    We went to Waldo Lake to camp with Dan and V, and the Ruth family. The mosquitos were so bad we went home after one night to have fire in the back yard.

    • Mt. Adams Solo 2022

    Plan was to camp on the summit but pack was demoralizingly heavy and the postholing was real. Camped at Picnic Counter and hung out in tent until morning for summit push. Time to top was ~ 5:30, not horrible considering pack and lungs. Down was as always awesome.
